While it can be a time of wisdom and reflection, aging often comes with complex adjustments, including physical, emotional, and social changes that can feel overwhelming or isolating.
I offer Meaning-Centered Counseling that uses an integrative approach to address the challenges of aging.

Aging can be a complex experience.
With aging come physical changes that may affect mobility, energy, and overall health. However, with bodily changes, we also experience emotional challenges, such as coping with loss, isolation, or changes in identity.
Relationships will shift, including losing loved ones or changing family dynamics. Questions of purpose arise as you transition from previous roles, such as a career, and seek new ways to contribute and stay engaged.
